Car Parking Shades Suppliers in Abu Dhabi-Helps To Protect Your Vehicles

The creation of a large car park, aesthetically integrated into the site and subject to a well-defined spending budget, was the challenge for the company. It is a 3000 m2 car park with 180 parking spaces provided by car parking shades suppliers in Abu Dhabi for visitors and employees of SpA. It can be defined as one of the largest “shadow” car parks in Europe . The new headquarters of Ugolini SpA was designed by the Milan architectural firm Barreca & La Varra. An important international reality, due to the constant attention to new construction technologies and whose use in experimentation is characterized by a complex architectural and urban language. A language that pays attention to the changing articulations of today’s society and to the complexities of the economic, social and institutional processes that produce today’s city, territory and environment. Thanks to the sophisticated but essential contemporary design, the car shelters adapt perfectly to this new architectural settlement.

Car shelters Kopron in the traditional Milanese company Ugolini SpA

The historic Milan-based company SpA, which manufactures refrigeration machines for drinks and ice cream, celebrated 75 years of activity with a new business and production headquarters. In the new work, vegetation softens the presence of architecture that reinterprets the historic Lombard morphology with contemporary materials and shapes. The  car shelters were thus included in the planned context. They are designed to respond to the functional and aesthetic desires of companies and individuals. They are the ideal solution for covering parking lots or parking areas . K Shelter car canopies guarantee excellent sealing and shading, protecting cars and company vehicles against hail, wind and sunlight.

Fausto Cionini, Area Sales Manager, highlights the advantages of this product:

” The K-Shelt car shelter is easy to assemble and deploy, and meets cost-effective requirements. It is able to protect car fleets from bad weather. The structure is modern, not only because of the square lines, but also because of the choice of the Materials, such as the hot-dip galvanized steel core. The cover against hail and sun is made of easily recyclable and non-toxic canvas, water-repellent and washable. The LED strips applied to the supporting structure illuminate the parking spaces with design and extremely well equip the parking lot in relation to the open courtyard Each installed module is also designed to ensure the maximum economic conversion ”

Barreca & La Varra for the new Ugolini plant

The architectural project was entirely followed by Barreca & La Varra. The architectural firm published a statement on its website detailing the project. The input that the customer has been asking for since the beginning of the project activities, to concentrate the access of all the company’s employees in a single entrance, although they work in different areas and functions of the headquarters (commercial, administrative and production employees). The need to develop a project that required a strong fluidity both from the point of view of managing the internal layouts and from the volumetric and architectural points of view was immediately identified: this is how the morphological solution with an open courtyard was developed. From here three different buildings were spawned on a trapezoidal area. The building with the Offices (3,000 m2) interprets the anatomy of the Lombard farmstead with an open courtyard that includes four large trees that help enliven the collective space. The production area (5,500 m2) is located near the offices: the volumetric continuum wants to balance the roles of workers and clerks. The Storage Building (5,700) is instead isolated, has the main frontage to the car park – 3000 m2 with 180 parking spaces for visitors and employees – and is accessible by vehicles throughout the area. In the open courtyard, in addition to a plane tree, a mulberry tree, an oak tree and an ash tree, there are four large circular LED lighting fixtures, 3 meters high and 7 to 9 meters in diameter, made to drawing and used as elements “outsiders” in the rigorous and geometric overall design. Continuous material and stylistic dialogues connect a succession of unified spaces.
